Share or Private Tours?
Would you like to join a small group of like-minded people or takea private tour where sole occupancy of the vehicle is ensured? The small group tours provide you with a set itinerary and allow you to meet fellow travellers - often this social engagement is an important part of your vacation time. Private touring enables you to determine the route taken and time spent at any destination. Rates vary accordingly - prices for private tours available from your travel agent.

Island Life (small group tour)
This full day share tour is our signature tour and blends a range of wildlife experiences with an elegant barbeque at a private lunchsite out on the bush. Get an introduction to Island life - where things take time. Where drivers wave as they go by - or even stop for a chat.
Flinders Chase Focus (small group tour)
This full day share tour explores some of Kangaroo Island’s highlights and lesser known backtracks of Flinders Chase National Park - a wilderness covering nearly 200,000 acres. It is home to a wide array of wildlife species such as kangaroos, wallabies, possums, goannas, echidnas, koalas, platypus and many birds including rare Cape Barren Geese. In addition to the wildlife habitat the park also protects important geological features and cultural heritage sites.
Art of Nature (private tour)
A full day private tour to introduce you to Kangaroo Island’s creative side - the solitude, wildlife and stunningcoastal landscapes have inspired many Islanders to express themselves artistically using a variety of media. A range of these artists have studios or galleries where we can gain an insight to their art, and explore their influences. Choose the art or studios you wish to visit - some of these require a prior appointment to ensure access.
Food Safari (private tour)
A private tour visiting the pure source of Kangaroo Island’s extraordinary food. Discover the diversity of the produce, the passion of the producers, and experience the “paddock to plate” phenomenon. This full day can incorporate oysters, abalone, artisan cheeses, honey, free-range eggs, marron, native spices, yoghurt and excellent wines.
North West Wilderness (private tour)
This day explores the remote north west corner of the island where the wilderness of Flinders Chase National Park converges with some of Australia’s tallest cliffs. Explore the lighthouse settlement including a tour through the precinct and the small cemetery, Scott’s cove, Harvey’s Return and the backtracks of Western River cove.
KI for Kids (private tour)

Special Interest Groups (private tour)
We can tailor special interest experiences to suit your requirements including: bird watching, mammal excursions, photographic trips, historic site visits, nocturnal wildlife watching, wildflower tours and geological expeditions. We cater for groups of up to twenty four as a specialty. some of our clients include the American Museum of Natural History, National Audubon Society and many zoos including the San Diego Zoo.
